Tahlia Mynott

Tahlia is a Mother of two beautiful little boys, Luca Mayar and Oka Sol. She birthed both of these beautiful beings into the world at her rainforest home at the base of Wollumbin, guided and supported by her beautiful midwives and doulas (which included Caitlin as a doula in Oka’s speedy entrance into the world.) She is due to home birth a new little soul into this world April 2024.

She is a Clinical Nutritionist with a special interest in women's health who brings much more than Nutrition information into her clinic.
She conducts her work through her online clinic and also through workshops, online booklets and podcasts with her business “The Hormone Suite”.

She has a keen interest in women's fertility and postpartum care as she believes these aspects of life are not as supported as they should be in the Western world. Going into her first pregnancy, after 2 years of preconception planning Tahlia thought she was prepared for her postpartum period. However, it wasn't until she was in it that she realised just how vulnerable and under-supported this stage is.
Supporting women is definitely part of her purpose in life and her intention with the work she does is to have women feel amazing through all aspects of life and support them in doing so wherever possible.
